*All products are shipped in box with some assembly required. Curbside delivery only. For other delivery options, call 1-866-434-8639 for pricing and delivery times.

Curbside delivery:  the truck company provides delivery of the Fitnex product to the curb at the end of your driveway.  Delivery of your product will be by a LTL motor freight carrier delivered by a tractor trailer.  If the carrier cannot safety make the delivery for any reason (not limited to weight limitations, unstable road conditions, low hanging wires) then the buyer will responsible to have other arrangements made at their expense for the delivery.

We can only ship to the lower 48 states.

Home warranty: Lifetime frame, 5 yr parts, 1 yr labor, motor 20 yr
Light commercial warranty:  lifetime frame,  3 yr parts, 1 yr labor,  5 yr motor
Aristo commercial warranty: lifetime frame,  1 yr labor, 3 yr parts, Motor 7 yrs, drive 3 yr
Fitstar warranty:  1 yr parts, 90 day labor for FE-20.....V620N is 1 year parts only
B30 upright bike Warranty: 1 year parts, 90 day labor, Frame 10 yr limited.
